REACTIVE ATTACHMENT DISORDER

What cannot be communicated to the other cannot be communicated to the self. -John Bowlby

I don’t know why you ask me why my face is “slack”

I don’t understand why I must do this and that

It makes no sense why you want me to play

I don’t want to listen when you ask me to stay

It is scary when you want to help me out

I don’t need you or anyone else

It makes me mad when you touch me

I hate it when you ask me to be happy
